- Cutting edge hardening: 58 - 63 HRC
- Plier body hardening: 43 - 48 HRC
- These pliers have the same feature, that generally characterizes the High Leverage pliers – displaced as close as possible to the cutting point axis of rotation. Respectively, an additionally shortened First Class Lever, which in turn forms the actual lever of the pliers. In addition, one jaw is driven not directly by the handle, but instead through a Second Class Lever mechanism. The effort applied is further reduced at the expense of the handle movement.
